Overview
IN2 is thrilled to announce its active participation in the OCEANIDS project. As part of our commitment to sustainability and technological innovation, we participate and contribute to the project's ambitious goals of developing tools and applications that enable a more resilient and inclusive society in coastal regions.
The OCEANIDS project, is formed by a consortium of leading research institutions, industry innovators, and public entities and develops tools focusing on Climate-Informed Maritime Spatial Planning and integrated seascape management, all aiming to contribute to a resilient and inclusive Blue Economy.
IN2 leads the activities related to task-focused, ephemeral, location-based social networks The service that will be developed will cater for the complex dynamics of on-the-fly local interaction and use of digital media to engage local communities. This will facilitate an easier reach out to wider audiences within pilot regions and provide a familiar way for users to interact with OCEANIDS. Furthermore we are also contributing at the core techology modules for data and services federation and curation.
