MuVie at SightCity 2026

SightCity Frankfurt is the world’s largest trade fair for assistive technology and solutions for blind and visually impaired people. It is an international meeting place for innovation, inclusion and knowledge exchange, and brings together over 150 exhibitors from around the world to showcase their products and services. The SightCity Forum features expert presentations, a Gaming Lab, workshops, SightCity TV and the Sports and Music Stage.
On Friday, 29 May, MuVie was part of the programme on the Sports and Music Stage. We introduced the MuVie project and its consortium members, discussed the importance of Braille music in the musical education of visually impaired individuals, and presented the innovative MuVie solutions: the Braille Music Library, the Braille Music Reader 2025 (BMR2025) and training materials to support teachers.
