DataConversations project started
Let data talk; and let's talk about data
We are excited to announce the launch of the Data Conversations project which aims to boost the societal and economic impact of cultural and creative industries (CCIs) by addressing key challenges such as limited know-how, insufficient implementation skills in impact design, data literacy, and effective utilization of AI technologies.
Our ambitious goals for this 33-month initiative are:
- Creating DiDaCT: An interactive, digital, and AI-enhanced impact design and assessment tool, leveraging best practices from established resources such as the Impact Canvas (MeMind project), the Museums of Impact framework, and the Europeana Impact Playbook.
- Developing Innovative Info-Experiences: Creative, collaborative methods for data collection designed to deeply engage audiences and provide meaningful insights.
- Artistic Residency for Innovation: Hosting an artistic residency where creative professionals will develop and prototype innovative methods for audience engagement and data collection.
- Empowering Professionals through Training: Offering specialized training to cultural and creative professionals to embed data-driven practices and effective use of AI within their organizational strategies.
- Building a Pan-European Dataset: Collecting and analyzing extensive data to better understand sector-wide needs and impacts, thereby informing future cultural policies and strategies.
